These people are frauds. They took our money and later mentioned that they have never sent to India. Now they have blocked us in whatsapp. They are basically thieves.

No delivery as of today (November 18, 2023). Picked up luggage on 25th July 2023 from Belgium. They are not picking up calls and not responding to messages. Initially I thought they are good people but now my money is gone and there seems no hope of getting my luggages either.
